Damming the Rising Tide
Big business is an easy target because large corporations report billions of dollars in revenues each quarter. It is easy to think that a business is greedy because it generates large sums of money, especially in comparison to the average worker’s paycheck. Like Roosevelt, today’s Democrats blame businesses for making so much money and the Republicans for wanting to help them make more. What Obama and the Democrats never say out loud is that workers are employed because businesses are successful.

The Ethics of Immigration Reform
Immigration is not a black and white issue. Our policy choices are not either amnesty or deportation with no middle ground. Because we are a nation that values the individual and liberty, we are not a nation that has the cold, iron heart of dictatorships who would cruelly and forcibly expel a person from their land. And yet, we are, very importantly, a nation of laws.

A Proper Thanksgiving Blessing
I am not here to chastise the president or to berate him for failing to thank God, from whom all things flow. I am here to correct him. You cannot be thankful for all you have without thanking God, who gave it all to you. And so, I offer this blessing for you.
